Grand Trust

Legal Information

The disclosures, agreements, and terms that govern Grand Trust Financial Services accounts and electronic services.

Legal Information

Account agreements

Every deposit account is governed by a written account agreement provided when the account is opened. It covers deposits, withdrawals, transfers, statements, error resolution, funds availability, overdraft practices, fees, and how we may amend terms with advance notice where the law requires it. Lending products carry separate loan agreements and truth-in-lending disclosures showing the annual percentage rate, finance charge, amount financed, total of payments, and payment schedule. Ask us for current copies of any agreement at any time.

Electronic services agreement

Online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, transfers, alerts, and electronic statements are governed by the electronic services agreement presented at enrollment. It explains access credentials, your duty to keep them confidential, transaction limits and cut-off times, our liability for failed or late transfers, and how to report unauthorized activity promptly.

Funds availability

Our funds-availability disclosure tells you when deposited funds, including checks and electronic credits, become available for withdrawal, including any holds and the first $225 next-day rule where applicable.

Error resolution

If you spot an error on a statement or receipt, contact us within 60 days. We will investigate, provisionally credit qualifying claims within regulatory timelines, and report the outcome in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may update disclosures as products or laws change and will notify you as required. Continued use of an account or service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
